As service requests increased, managing repair jobs, technician schedules, and material usage required a more structured operational system.

To support Visser Nederland’s repair operations, a work order planning system was developed to manage the full repair process within a single platform.
Recording Repair Issues and Assigning Work
The system begins with proposal creation, where details about the machine issue are recorded and reviewed. Managers can evaluate the request and assign the work to the appropriate technician directly within the system.
Managing Part and Equipment Orders
The platform also includes a purchasing module that handles orders for parts or machines when required items are not available internally. This allows repair jobs to continue without delays while keeping procurement records organized.
Tracking Time, Materials, and Costs
Operational data such as material usage, technician time, and repair costs are recorded during each job. This provides clear insight into the resources used for every repair project and supports better planning for future work.
