Helping Freelancers Manage Payments Their Way
QGroup provides recruitment and staffing services, connecting professionals with companies across industries such as IT, finance, compliance, marketing, and cybersecurity. As freelance placements increased, managing freelancer onboarding, invoice processing, and payment handling required a more organized operational system.

To support QGroup’s freelancer operations, we created faqtoring to manage freelancer registration, invoice handling, and payment processing within one system.
Managing and Tracking Invoices
The system also includes invoice management tools that allow freelancers to upload invoices, track their status, and manage payment records. Notifications inform users when invoices are submitted, reviewed, or processed.
Compliance and Data Protection:
Compliance and security were also built into the system to ensure financial transactions and freelancer records follow required standards.
Freelancer Registration and Profiles
The platform allows freelancers to register and manage their profiles, enabling them to submit invoices directly through the system. This reduces manual coordination and keeps freelancer records organized in one place.
Language and Document Approval Support
To support international users, the platform includes multilingual support, allowing freelancers from different regions to use the system easily. In addition, digital and manual signature options allow invoices and related documents to be approved through the platform.
Choosing Payment Speed
A key capability introduced in the platform is flexible payment options. Freelancers can choose between fast payment and normal payment depending on their preference. This gives freelancers more control over how quickly their invoices are processed.
Technology Stack
Similarly, the application was developed using .NET Core for backend development and React.js for the frontend, with SQL Server used to store freelancer and invoice data. The system is deployed on Microsoft Azure to support secure and reliable financial operations.
Operational Excellence
For this project, the team began by studying how freelancer onboarding, invoicing, and payments are handled at QGroup. The goal was to design a system that follows the same operational flow but removes manual coordination between freelancers and internal teams.
AI supported the teams during development. Engineers used it while structuring invoice workflows, reviewing code, and validating logic around payment options and invoice tracking. This helped the team test ideas quickly and refine the system while it was being built.
The teams also focused on keeping the platform simple and structured. Freelancer registration, invoice submission, approval, and payment tracking were organized into clear steps so both freelancers and administrators can easily follow the process.
Design team worked closely with engineers to review how the platform behaves in real situations. Interfaces were adjusted so freelancers can upload invoices, choose payment options, and track their payment status without confusion.
Regular reviews during development helped the team make small improvements to the platform. These adjustments ensured that invoice handling, notifications, and payment processing remain clear and reliable as the system evolved.

Our teams also work in small, controlled steps. Features are developed, tested, and reviewed in short cycles so improvements can be made early. This approach helped us refine parts of the system such as equipment identification, inspection forms, and warehouse visibility while development was still in progress.
Impact and further Exploration
With a structured digital platform, we have helped our client bring rental management, inspections, and inventory tracking into a single system.
