Supporting Recruitment Operations

The QTS platform was developed to support recruitment operations by organizing candidate data and structuring the hiring process within one system.
A key capability introduced in the platform is automatic CV data extraction. The system reads CVs and PDF files and captures important information such as skills, work experience, and education. This allows recruiters to review candidate details quickly without manually extracting information from documents.

Track Candidates Across Hiring Stages

The system also introduces stage-based candidate tracking, allowing applicants to move through defined recruitment steps such as CV screening, candidate evaluation, interviews, and final selection or rejection.

Structured Candidate Profiles

Candidate information is stored in structured profiles, enabling recruiters to review, compare, and evaluate applicants more easily. By organizing candidate records and recruitment stages in one platform, the system supports a more consistent hiring workflow.
