Finding the Next Safety Project Through Data
Eurosafe installs and maintains safety systems for working at height and provides safety training services. As their operations expanded across many buildings in the Netherlands, managing building information, inspection projects, and service opportunities required a more structured operational system.

The project focused on improving how operational data is captured and used across Eurosafe’s installation and inspection services. Through close collaboration with Eurosafe’s operational teams, several digital platforms were designed to organize building information, support inspection planning, and capture new project opportunities.
Organizing Building Data
A centralized building data management system was introduced to register buildings, object identifiers, and contact persons across the Netherlands. This created a consistent dataset that supports operational planning for inspections, installations, and maintenance.
Planning and Tracking Inspections
To support project execution, the Test and Inspection (TNI) portal was developed. The system records project requirements such as the number of safety units needed for each building and the planned timeline for installation work. It also supports quotation preparation and contract generation, allowing project information to move through a single operational workflow.
Collecting Partner Leads
An affiliate portal was implemented to allow partner companies to submit potential project leads. Eurosafe can review building and client information before deciding whether to pursue the opportunity. If the project is secured, the referring partner receives a commission.
Mapping Buildings and Service Status
A geospatial visualization system using Kepler GL was also implemented to display buildings on a map with unique identifiers. Buildings that have previously used Eurosafe services appear in green, while others appear in red, helping identify serviced and potential locations.
Technology Stack
All Eurosafe modules i.e. T&I, Data Entry, Kepler GL and Affiliate portal are built on a consistent technology stack. The backend services are developed using .NET Core, while the user interfaces are built with React.js to support responsive web applications. SQL Server is used to manage and store application data. The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which provides the cloud infrastructure for deployment and management. Material UI is used for interface components to maintain a consistent and structured design across the system.
Operational Excellence
AI supports the work of the entire project team. Developers, designers, testers, and project managers all use AI tools during their daily work. AI helps with writing and reviewing code, preparing documentation, analyzing system behavior, and supporting testing activities. This helps teams complete routine work faster and focus more on improving the system.
During the Safe-Lifting project, AI supported the team while developing features such as QR-based equipment tracking, inspection workflows, and the warehouse dashboard. It helped review code, highlight potential issues, and assist with routine development tasks. This allowed developers to spend more time focusing on the operational workflows behind equipment dispatch, inspection checks, and equipment records.

Work was delivered in small and manageable stages. Each part of the system was built, reviewed, and tested before moving forward. This helped the team refine features such as building registration, inspection planning, and location mapping while development was still in progress.
AI also supported the team in reviewing outputs continuously. Feedback from code checks, testing tools, and system monitoring helped identify potential issues early so they could be addressed quickly.
Throughout the project, teams worked closely together and regularly reviewed progress. Small adjustments were made during development to keep the platform aligned with Eurosafe’s operational processes.

With this digital system in place, equipment movements, inspections, and rental activities can now be managed more clearly and consistently
